Protein Pancake Donuts (Kid-Approved & Mess-Free!)

These protein pancake donuts are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or snack. They’re soft, slightly sweet, and totally customizable with your favorite protein boost and sprinkles—without the sugar crash or mess!

Ingredients:

    •    Pancake mix (prepared as directed on the back of the box)

    •    1 scoop collagen or protein powder

    •    1 tsp vanilla extract

    •    Optional: maple syrup (a little in each donut mold)

    •    Dye-free sprinkles

    •    Donut mold (silicone works best!)

Directions:

Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix according to the package instructions.

Step 2:

Stir in 1 scoop of collagen or protein powder.

Step 3:

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix until smooth.

Step 4:

Pour batter into a silicone donut mold.

Step 5 (Optional):

Add a small drizzle of maple syrup into each mold for a naturally sweet twist (no dipping required!).

Step 6:

Top with dye-free sprinkles—let the kids help!

Step 7:

Bake at 350°F for 15-ish minutes. Check with a fork or toothpick—donuts should be golden and set.

Step 8:

Let cool on a drying rack.

Storage Tips:

    •    Store in a glass container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

    •    Reheat for 10 seconds in the microwave before serving.
