Healthy Coconut Water Fruit Pops

Easy & Healthy Coconut Water Fruit Popsicles Your Kids Will Love! 🍓🥥🍦

Popsicle Mold

Looking for a simple, healthy summer treat your kids can actually help make? These organic coconut water fruit popsicles are our go-to every week once the weather heats up. They’re naturally sweet, hydrating, and packed with real fruit—no added sugar needed!

Step 1: Get Out Your Popsicle Mold

We love using this popsicle mold from Amazon because the sticks stay put, and it’s super easy to clean. (Plus, it comes with a little funnel that’s great for pouring!)

Step 2: Add the Fruit

Let your kids choose their favorite fruit combos! We usually go with a mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Just drop a few pieces into each mold. It doesn’t have to be perfect—this is all about fun and flavor!

Step 3: Pour in the Coconut Water

We use the Kirkland Organic Coconut Water from Costco. It’s always in our fridge and is great for hydration.

Since my daughter is 5, she gets to pour straight from the bottle into each mold (with a little supervision, of course!).

If I’m doing this with my 2-year-old son, I pour the coconut water into a little cup with a spout first—less mess, more control, and fewer tears!

Step 4: Add the Sticks

Once everything’s filled to the top, carefully insert the popsicle sticks. Make sure they’re centered so the popsicles hold together when frozen.

Step 5: Freeze

Pop the molds into the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight if you can wait that long.

Step 6: Enjoy!

Run the mold under a little warm water to release the popsicles easily. These are always a hit during afternoon playtime or after a hot walk around the block.

Hope you and your little ones love these as much as we do! 💕
